Hi! I’m Pam, I use a collaborative and client centered approach to therapy. My aim is to always provide a safe, non- judgmental space in which to help you explore the challenges you may be facing. In this process I want to help add and enhance skills to facilitate positive change. I also don’t believe that therapy has to be a long process, I focus on change and helping you achieve identified goals.
I am a Register Psychologist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and an EMDR clinician. I have completed additional training in Narrative Therapy, Hakomi, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy. I use a variety of approaches and tailor them to best meet your needs.
My areas of focus include working with adults who experience feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, disordered eating, parenting, attachment, relationship issues and life transitions. I also have a special focus in working with health care professionals and front line workers.
I have experience working with children, youth and adults, including individuals, couples and families. I have previously worked in schools and non-for profits.
